It takes just one step …
This is a post from last January, just one year ago – hard to believe so much has happened. And, it all began, with just one step.

So, it’s official. I am heading to Nashville in January to start polishing my songs and adding music. I met a fabulous singer/pianist at a Kathy Troccoli event last month – Carl Herrgesell. I had the pleasure to talk with him about my music and he offered to produce my album.
Not only do I get the privilege of working with Carl, but he’s asked his good friend, Dan Needham to work with us as well. I’m just blown away by what these guys have done in the music industry, who they have worked with – some of my favorite artists and all-time great singer/songwriters. To get the chance to work with them is truly a dream. My head is proceeding with caution, because this is all so new to me, but my heart is leaping at the chance. WOW – can’t wait. We will refine my songs, decide what each calls for musically. After that, we’ll hopefully be set on a course toward recording in the Spring.
Pray that I will use my gifts in the best way to honor God and that these two gracious, amazingly-talented men will use theirs to bring my music life, richness and integrity.
