I HEART FACES – PINK

When I saw the theme for this week’s entry, I knew who the subject would be … my daughter is a pink fiend.
Her whole room is pink (pepto bismol pink, if I’m being honest). Her bedspread is pink camo (I know – pink . . . CAMO). Almost all her clothes are pink. She’s the pinkest person I know. She has a cotton-candy personality – sweet and sometimes a little messy (can’t we all relate?). She’s a big helper to me & her little brothers and has a great heart.
This is on her 10th birthday and I love the intensity as she wishes. I pray in some small way she got what she wished for . . . and more importantly, that she opens her heart more and more to embrace all that she is and all she was uniquely created to be.
