Winter – Haiku

One of my favorite sites, incourage.me is encouraging us to celebrate being creative beings, by issuing a Haiku challenge. Check out the other amazing Haikus as well here.
Winter is the theme and because our view outside is a crisp, blanket of snow, I chose to focus on my kids playing in the frosty fun.
WINTER
Flakes fall fat and fast.
Their long eyelashes heavy -
they laugh, smile and wait
I love those fat and fluffy flakes and that you brought smiling faces and snow laden lashes into the picture. Reminds me of the joys of winter : ) Thanks for sharing!
