Your parents suggested to Mayor Freeman that you might be interested in doing a concert to benefit our new Community Center. We would be interested in talking to you about that. Could you let us know what would be expected of us (cost, our involvement, etc.)? You should be aware that we are a small committee. Apparantly there was discussion about holding this event in conjunction with Homecoming. For various reasons that timeframe would not work for us.
